As part of your district registration, LIFHA coordinates an opening day Playday at Adelphi University in addition to a 6-week travel schedule.
2023 is OUR 20th YEAR
19 years ago, LIFHA started our Jr. travel league and it has grown every year- having student athletes representing their districts as they begin their love for field hockey!
